Player to Watch: Taha Habroune

The 20-year-old Columbus native has become a ball-progression wizard for the Crew this season, cementing his spot in central midfield. Habroune has proven to be a quality connector and distributor for the Crew, with a 83.6% pass completion rate and 3 assists to go along with 5 goals. He's also played for the USMNT U-17, U-19, and U-20 sides, including the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup. He's a midfielder who reads the game well and fits well into the team concept despite a lack of physicality. He’s still developing, but his versatility, intelligence, and skill make him not only one of the Crew’s most promising young midfield pieces for the future, but also a key contributor right now.

Do they have any St. Louis-area players?
