During the Y98 pregame show, Dale Schilly caught up with CITY Head Coach, Yoann Damet, ahead of the team’s first of two back-to-back matches on the West Coast. Coach Damet talked about the team learning lessons from the win that got away from them at home recently against Dallas, losing 2 points with that last-minute 3-3 draw. He also talked about the balance of integrating CITY’s three newest signings (Navarro, Downs, Brunet) into a squad that has built synergy over time - and the fact that this extended trip just may help out with some team bonding. Finally, Coach shared his thoughts on facing Vancouver away, a team he considers to be the best in the league, and looking forward to the challenge that will ask the guys to step up once more.
