During the Y98 pregame show, Jen Siess caught up with CITY Head Coach, Yoann Damet, ahead of the team’s home match against the Colorado Rapids. Coach Damet talked about the the team continuing to grow in managing moments in the game with their recent 3-1 on the road against the LA Galaxy. Though pleased with their two wins so far back from the World Cup break, he is still pushing them to grow in consistency, sustained possession, creating more chances, and being ruthless in closing games to win. Though perhaps a truly “perfect game” might not be achievable, Damet believes that the focus on performance will continue to drive successful results.
