CITY To Hire Corey Wray as Sporting Director

Former CF Montréal Executive Beats Out Hackworth, Dykes

ESPN is reporting that St. Louis CITY SC is set to hire former CF Montréal executive Corey Wray as their new Sporting Director, replacing Lutz Pfannenstiel, who was removed in August.

No official word from CITY as of yet, but an announcement may be coming soon. Wray reportedly beat out CITY Technical Director John Hackworth and Brentford's Lee Dykes for the job.

UPDATE: The official announcement is expected Monday, November 3rd.
