BOHFS Advances to 2026 US Open Cup

3-2 Win Against Chicago House AC Sends Local MWPL Club to National Tournament

BOHFS, a local club that competes in the summertime Midwest Premier League, defeated Chicago House Athletic Club 3-2 at St. Mary's South Side Catholic High School this afternoon to qualify for the 2026 US Open Cup. BOHFS got goals from Michael Utley, Brian Bement, and Elliot Goodwin and held off a late House surge – including a goal from the visitors in stoppage time - to qualify for the first US Open Cup berth in club history. They'll participate in the tournament once it starts next spring.
