9/27/25 CITY Home Game vs LAFC: Coach’s Corner with David Critchley

During the Y98 pregame show, Dale Schilly caught up with CITY Interim Head Coach, David Critchley, ahead of the team’s home match hosting LAFC. Critch talked about the balance between the CITY dynamic attack and defending grit that have gotten the team two away wins in a row. He called out the breakout performance for Brendan McSorley, the ever-stellar Roman Burki, and Kyle Hiebert who has continued to grind in training to be ready for the team when needed. Critch also talked about how the team prepped to host the dominant LAFC team with attacking duo Son Heung-min and Denis Bouanga.
