During the Y98 halftime show, Jen Siess visited with Rachel Pourchot, Associate Director of Adult Services for BJC Behavioral Health, on “Mental Health Awareness” night at Energizer Park. Rachel talked about the importance of keeping mental health top of mind for all of us with some tips for everyone to maintain and improve their mental health. She also talked about how good it is for public figures, like Eduard Lowen, to talk openly about mental struggles and when to know if you, or someone you love, might want to seek help for mental health and how to do that.
